• (1) Shade Structure - For the small dog side. $2,000.00

• Shade Trees - For the small dog side & large dog side.

• Native and/or Xeric Shrubs and Grasses 

• Sprinkler Improvements for the small dog lawn area. 

• Drip System Improvements for the small and large dog areas. 

• Water Features - Play splash areas for dogs. 

• A Third Dog Run Area - To be used as a rotation space to allow for landscape repairs, special events and more.
